    My family and I loved our stay at your condo.
    Clean and spacious especially having a toddler. There was free parking for our rental car. It was close to the beach, shops and places to eat.
    We will be staying here again.

    Most definitely enjoyed my stay here. From the reserving of the room to the actual check-in, everything was a breeze. I have stayed in other units here about five times, and I can say it was just as good as my other experiences. The unit is quiet even with all the kids running down that hallway. Also, the view of the ocean and the pool view are fantastic and made me enjoy it even more.

    All the information I needed was provided so there was no need to contact the host. The only things I noted were: the walls look like they could use some paint as they are quite worn, the recliner is tattered, and the carpet does have stains. With that being said, the positives outweighed the negatives, parking and Wi-Fi are included in the price, what more could you ask for? The kitchen and bathroom were very functional, and necessary cooking pots, pans, silverware, plates & cups were provided.

    Since it's private rental, there isn't daily cleaning or no linen change. Stop at Target or Walmart and pick up some laundry detergent so you can use the coin and mobile app operated laundry room just down the hall and to use the outside grills required $2 worth of quarters.

    The Banyan is located about a 10-minute walk away from the beach and close to Kapiolani Park (Zoo), so it is a little removed from the hustle and bustle of central Waikiki but close enough to get in it if you want.

    I love to stay at the Banyan because it's close to the freeways and that's important since I'm frequently there for business. It's not fancy, but it's clean, safe and close to anything you might need. The only suggestion that I would make is to be sure you understand how to use the keyless entry to lock it when you leave. No harm done, but I realized it was unlocked the entire I was gone the first time I left. There is no question that I'll continue to use the Banyan and would love to interest with this management company again!

    We stayed in suite 1812, tower 2 , the last week of December 2016. Modern kitchen with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, linens were ok, some beach toys but only 1 beach chair, would have been nice to have 2. The location is fantastic, only 1 block to the beach. Great little coffee shop in the lobby. Free Parking spot is provided which was great too. Would definitly recommend this suite.
